  • Account and billing data: subscription details and payment information processed through our payment providers.
  • Operational data you enter into the Service: restaurant costs, sales, inventory and related figures.
  • Technical and usage data: log data, device and connection information used to secure and improve the Service.

Data sharing with third parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate TRACER APP, and only as necessary:

  • Payment provider — Flouci — to process card and online payments.
  • Hosting provider — Vercel Inc. — to host the website and application; its servers may be located outside Tunisia.
  • Competent authorities, where required to comply with a legal obligation.

How long we keep your data

We retain your personal data for the lifetime of your account and for up to 3 years after your account is closed, in order to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Data required by law may be kept for the applicable statutory periods.
